Director, Procurement Services

Jeff Lacks serves as the Director of Procurement for the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission. He began his career with the State of Georgia in 1991 as a Contracts Manager and over the years has served in various roles within state government. In 2006 he joined the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission as a Contracts Manager. He became Director of Procurement Services for GSFIC in October 2010. He works closely with a staff responsible for the procurement of design services, construction and construction related services for a variety of projects around the state in support of numerous state agencies and campuses.

Jeff is a graduate from Georgia State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Development. Prior to joining the state, Jeff worked in the mortgage banking industry.
