Commissioning Guide

The Commissioning Guide is intended to serve as a resource for facility managers and agencies contemplating construction or renovation of a state facility.

The guide shares important information about the Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Construction Act of 2008, which requires basic commissioning on all new buildings, most renovation projects and most roof replacements. Information about the required basic commissioning, as well as enhanced commissioning, LEED Certification and retro-commissioning is included in the guide.
