State of Georgia Construction Manual Online!

State agencies, design professionals, special consultants and construction professionals will find best practices for planning, designing, building, delivering and receiving facilities for use by Georgia state entities in the State Construction Manual, published in 2007 and updated annually by the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission in coordination with partner organizations.

An entire website is devoted to the guide: www.scm.georgia.gov. The site provides not only the updated State Construction Manual in a PDF format available for download, but also the opportunity for state agencies and construction professionals to provide feedback and comments to ensure the manual remains timely and accurate.
