She began her career in 2015 with the Georgia Department of Audits prior to coming to the Financing and Investment Division in 2022. She also served as the auditor for the University System of Georgia for several years. Kristin is responsible for the accounting of the Capital Projects Fund, Transportation Investment Act Fund, the annual financial audit for GSFIC and the Georgia Higher Education Facilities Authority, and annual spend-down report of general obligation bond proceeds. Kristin also works with the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget and the State Accounting Office for reporting on the G.O. Debt Sinking Fund.

Kristin has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Jacksonville State University. She is a member of the Georgia Fiscal Management Council and the Association of Government Accountants.
