Accounting Staff – The Accounting Department is split between the operating side and the construction side both working in tandem to support the overall goals of GSFIC’s mission. The construction side is responsible for processing reimbursement requests and processes payments for GSFIC managed projects. The operating side handles all the day to day expenses including payroll, vendor payments and employee reimbursements.

State ADA Coordinator's Office's Staff – The State ADA Coordinator’s office provides comprehensive technical services for state agencies so that those programs, services and activities operated by the State of Georgia are accessible and usable by everyone.

Design Review Staff – The DRG group within GSFIC’s Construction Division performs Constructability and Code Compliance reviews of all projects prior to Advertisement for Bids or Issuance of a Notice to Process for Construction Phase Services. Constructability reviews check for conformance with GSFIC policies and guidelines, completeness, coordination of documents and code compliance.

Executive Administration Staff – The Executive Administration team provides leadership and support to the Agency's ongoing strategic initiatives and operations.

Financing & Investment Staff – The Financing & Investment Division is responsible for the issuance of general obligation bonds, the review of state authority debt financing, and the investment and accounting of all general obligation bond proceeds.

Human Resources Staff – HR helps promote organizational excellence and innovation by attracting, engaging, developing and retaining a diverse and knowledgeable workforce. They provide the organization’s leadership with tools and guidance at all levels as well as assist all employees on Human Resources related matters.

Information Technology Staff – The IT Department supports and oversees the network and technical operations to ensure network functionality, security and accessibility to all employees. The Department is comprised of desktop, application and security specialists to provide fast and reliable support.

Legal Staff – The Legal Services Department drafts all contracts and related forms and documents for use by the Commission. The Department also provides daily legal advice on a variety of issues including bid protests, construction defects and delays, open record questions, contract interpretation and employment issues.

Procurement Staff – The Procurement Department is charged with the overall process of acquiring services in support of GSFIC’s Construction Division and the projects it manages. This includes the acquisition and delivery of services, description of requirements, selection and solicitation of sources, and preparation, award and administration of contracts.

Project Management Staff – The Project Management team spearheads each project through the design stage, construction, and up through the one-year warranty phase. They manage both new construction and major renovations, as well as major equipment upgrades and replacement - including contract negotiations, project budget, project schedule, and overall quality. 

Quality Assurance Staff – The QA group is comprised of Regional Quality Assurance Managers, Construction Compliance Specialists and Warranty to assist in upholding the contract requirements during construction and documenting complaints during the first year, after Material Completion.

Special Projects Staff – The Special Projects team oversees major Capitol Hill projects, state agency projects and state facilities assessments. They lead these projects through design and construction team procurement, design, construction and assisting end-users through the one-year warranty phase. They manage new construction, major renovations, major equipment upgrades and replacements- including constructability, contract negotiations, project budget and schedule while ensuring overall value and quality.
