Morgan Smith Williams

Morgan Smith-Williams leads strategic communication efforts for the Georgia Building Authority, Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission, and State Properties Commission. Prior to this role, Morgan was a senior communications specialist at the Georgia World Congress Center Authority, overseeing external relations efforts at each of their venues- the Georgia Dome, the Georgia World Congress Center, and Centennial Olympic Park. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and corporate strategy, and the University of Georgia with a master’s degree in sports management.
In her spare time, Morgan fulfills her passion for service as chairman of the Associate Board of Ambassadors for the American Cancer Society in Atlanta, helping to raise funds to make quality cancer care accessible for everyone. Morgan is also the Membership Inclusion chair for the Georgia chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. She is a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated.
