Nikki Marshall
Director, Accounting

Nikki Marshall is the Accounting Director with the Georgia State Financing & Investment Commission (GSFIC).  She is responsible for the accounting unit of the agency’s construction division. This includes oversight of the agency budget, payroll, operating invoices, and the annual financial audit for the agency.  Nikki is also responsible for accounting oversight of bond funded construction projects which includes; budgets, payments, and eligible use of bond dollars.

Nikki has over 15 years of experience in Accounting and Construction Project Management. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a Master of Science Management Degree in Project Management from Colorado Technical University.  She is a member of the Georgia Government Finance Officers Association.
