The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission is located on the second floor of the Trinity Washington Building at 270 Washington Street, Atlanta, GA 30334. The Construction Division and the State ADA Coordinator are in Suite 2101 and the Financing and Investment Division is in Suite 2140. 

The main entrance for 270 Washington Street is located on Trinity Avenue, and is ADA accessible. Please note that all visitors will need to present picture identification issued by a State or Federal entity prior to entry.

If Southbound on I-75 / I-85
Exit 248A Martin Luther King Jr. Drive/State Capitol/Turner Field, follow Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, and make a left hand turn onto Washington Street, make a left onto Trinity Avenue. 

If Northbound on I-75 / I-85
Exit 246 Central Avenue/Fulton Street - follow the sign to Fulton Street and turn right. Go to the next light and turn left onto Capitol Ave. Follow to Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and turn left, make a left hand turn onto Washington Street, make a left onto Trinity Avenue. 

If coming I-20 Westbound
Exit 58A Capitol Avenue - turn right onto Capitol Avenue and follow to Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and turn left. Make a left hand turn onto Washington Street, make a left onto Trinity Avenue. 

If coming I-20 Eastbound
Exit 56B Windsor/Spring Street - follow to Central Avenue (3rd Traffic light). Turn left onto Central Avenue. Turn right onto Memorial Drive. Go to the second traffic light and turn left onto Capitol Avenue. Turn left onto Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Make a left hand turn onto Washington Street, make a left onto Trinity Avenue.

Transportation

The Capitol Hill complex has many forms of transportation available to state employees and the general public.

MARTA
The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) provides daily bus and train service to the downtown area including a station located in the Sloppy Floyd Building. Visit MARTA for schedule, route and transfer information.

Cobb Community Transit (CCT)
Cobb Community Transit provides commuter bus service from Cobb County.

Gwinnett County Transit
Gwinnett County Transit provides express bus service from Gwinnett County Monday through Friday. 

XPRESS
Xpress is a partnership between the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority (GRTA) and the metro Atlanta counties of Clayton, Cherokee, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Douglas, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, Paulding and Rockdale. Cobb Community Transit (CCT) and Gwinnett County Transit (GCT) also operate some Xpress routes as part of their express bus transportation service.

    Upper deck accessible via Central Avenue. Lower deck accessible via Kimball Way.
  • Department of Driver Services
    445 Capitol Avenue, SE, Atlanta, GA
    Operated by Elite Parking.
    Adjacent to the Georgia Department of Driver Services. Parking provided for Braves games.
