Public Parking
The Georgia Building Authority provides five parking lots with daily parking available for visitors to Capitol Hill. The charge for parking is $5 per day.
- Pete Hackney Parking Deck (162 Jesse Hill, Jr. Drive)
- Steve Polk Parking Plaza (65 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive)
- #1 Parking Lot (corner of Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive & Capitol Avenue)*
- 90 Central Parking Lot (accessible from Central Avenue & Courtland Street)
- Archives Lot (entrance off Fraser Street)
*Please Note: During the Legislative Session the #1 Parking Lot is not open to the public.
There is also a privately run Parking Lot (Pay) located next to the church at the corner of Washington and Trinity Avenue on the right hand side and street parking (Metered) is available on Trinity Avenue, Washington Street.
