The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission is located on the second floor of the Trinity Washington Building at 270 Washington Street, Atlanta, Georgia 30334. The Construction Division and the State ADA Coordinator are in Suite 2101 and the Financing and Investment Division is in Suite 2140. The main entrance for 270 Washington Street is located on Trinity Avenue, and is ADA accessible. Please note that all visitors will need to present picture identification issued by a State or Federal entity prior to entry.
