Holly Green is Director of Legal Services for the Financing and Investment Division. In this capacity, Ms. Green handles all in-house legal matters for the Financing and Investment Division and serves as a liaison to the Office of Attorney General. Prior to her current position, Ms. Green served as Assistant General Counsel for the Department of Education where her responsibilities included contract negotiation and drafting, policy development and review, and assisted with local board of education financing. Ms. Green served as in-house counsel to a financial services group prior to joining state government.

Ms. Green received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University and her juris doctorate from Valparaiso University School of Law.
